During the past week while working on my online collaborative lesson I realized there are valuable resources students can access with a little thinking on their part. So the only progress I have made towards my goal is that of developing the lessons over the last couple of weeks and becoming more aware of the tools that are available to both myself and my students.

    Michael,

    It is extremely important to make your students and yourself aware of the resources that are available for use. When you find online resources that are valuable to you, it makes the learning/teaching process easier and more interesting. I am not sure what grades you teach, but I am willing to give you or help find any resources that you are looking for. If you have a SmartBoard or Promethean Board in your classroom, there are many teacher-made lessons already available for you to use. These lessons can be found at the SmartBoard Teacher community http://exchange.smarttech.com/. Hope this resource helps both you and your students!
